We had a fabulous weekend. My brother came down from Missouri to surprise our mom for her birthday. We had him meet us at the restaurant Friday evening. He was sitting at our table and she was surprised! It was great having him here this weekend. The kids enjoyed hanging out with Uncle. Saturday we went to Chappell Hill for the Scarecrow Festival and enjoyed the cool day walking around and enjoying the arts and crafts. I have the day off today and plan to spend the day hanging with my son.

Monday-Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetables
Tuesday-Indian Style Curry Chicken
Wednesday-Pizza and salad
Thursday-Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Casserole
Friday-Out
